1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and winrm9 ("winrm9," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the winrm9 website located at winrm9.org and all related services, products, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of winrm9 Services, you are required to register an account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.

winrm9 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification requires submission of satisfactory government-issued identification and, where required, proof of address and source of funds documentation. All financial transactions on the winrm9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winrm9 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at winrm9's discretion with notice provided on the platform.

Deposits are credited to your account balance subject to successful processing by the relevant payment service provider. winrm9 is not responsible for delays arising from third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required for withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered under your verified account identity.
• winrm9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• winrm9 processes withdrawal requests to eWallet accounts (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) typically within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts, subject to system availability.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

winrm9 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed, and the relevant account may be subject to review. Funds associated with fraudulent or chargeback-generating transactions will be forfeited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the winrm9 Sportsbook and Casino are subject to winrm9's specific product rules, which are published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

winrm9 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error or where odds or payouts were published incorrectly due to technical error.
• Limit or refuse any bet at our discretion, including bets from accounts identified as engaged in arbitrage or professional betting activity.
• Suspend or cancel any market or game in the event of a technical failure, data feed error, or circumstances beyond winrm9's reasonable control.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live dealing processes, subject to ongoing independent testing and certification. winrm9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
